The Vision -

At RPMMVP we are building towards operating a private lesson studio with talented educators, covering all instrument types as well as marching and choreography. Providing students with world class instrumental and visual instruction, creating scholarship opportunities and more to help them pursue their performance goals. RPM Music and Visual Productions also will offer custom drill and choreography writing for your marching program as well as masterclasses for your visual instruction team. Eventually we'd like to create a full team of designers to cover all bases needed to fully synthesize marching band and indoor programs.

Biography

Ryan Mitchell is a Pennsylvania based marching arts freelancer. He is currently part-time at West Chester University finishing his Music Elective Studies Degree where he has studied with Dr. Robert Skoniczin and performed in various ensembles. His time at WCU has been invaluable for building the skills and connections that he uses everyday.

He began his Drum Corps Journey right after his first season of high school marching band. Skill was not something he possessed at the time, musically or visually. His story is one of consistent growth, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. It proves that with time and hard work you can achieve your goals.

After watching the DCI show in Chester during the 2016 season, he became obsessed with the activity. In that moment he knew that one day he would go march in a group like those he saw that night. He pressed on each year until he got his chance with the Cadets.

Now with RPM Music & Visual Productions, he looks to build a business that will advance the marching arts activity and help his students to earn the opportunities that he had to march with a top flight DCI World Class Ensemble.
